Make no little plans. They have no magic to stir men's blood and probably themselves will not be realized. Make big plans; aim high in hope and work, remembering that a noble, logical diagram once recorded will never die, but long after we are gone will be a living thing, asserting itself with ever-growing insistency. Remember that our sons and grandsons are going to do things that would stagger us. Let your watchword be order and your beacon beauty. Think big.
Daniel Burnham, Chicago architect. (1846-1912)
Your contribution to the Chicago Fire Support Fund makes it possible for Section 8 Chicago to Make No Little Plans.
Section 8 Chicago is the Independent Supporters’ Association for the Chicago Fire Soccer Club, and encompasses a growing number of affiliate supporters groups and independent Fire fans. The vision of the ISA is “. . . to unite all Chicago Fire fans, to create a dominant in-stadium force unseen in any American team sport and to establish a home-field advantage whenever the Chicago Fire play.” The ISA exists to supplement the efforts of independent fans, coordinate between the supporters groups and act as liaison between fans and the Chicago Fire Soccer Club. As a non-profit organization, a board of directors is elected yearly at the Annual General Meeting in February by the assembled supporters.
As an independent supporters' association, we will create an inspiring environment for the Chicago Fire organization and its fans. We will do this through fostering an increased level of passionate support, providing a conduit amongst the fans and with the organization, enabling participation in activities for Fire fans and organizing, coordinating and directing in-stadium support on an unprecedented scale, regardless of where the Fire play.

Join us for the 3rd Annual New Year's Day Indoor Soccer Tournament.
Who will wrest the Indoor Crown from Chicago "Riot"? Can the Clint Dempseys repeat their feats from the beach? Can Westmont Ultras or the Jive Turkeys get back onto the winner's platform?
The previous two tournaments were a great way for our community to start the year.
As usual, there are two brackets:
This year we hope to have TWO divisions:
an Open Division where teams will compete for the Section 8 Chicago ISA Trophy, and
a Rec Division for teams looking for a less competitive set of games.
If there are not enough teams for either or both division, we may combine them to ensure every team plays enough games.
Both divisions are coed so everyone is welcome to play. Teams play 6v6 including the GKs and it is recommended that your rosters have between 10-12 players.
Cost is $100.00 per team. At this time, you will be placing a $50 non-refudnable deposit; the remainder will be due later in December.
When you sign up, please email email@example.com with your team name.
Please be aware that payments for the Open and Rec brackets are non-refundable. If your team does not show up for the tournament, your payment will be donated to the Section 8 tifo fund.
And, our generous hosts, Jose Perez and ChiTown Futbol are offering at no cost a field for kids 10 years old and under to play on. Think about bringing out your whole family for an evening for football and friends.
